Commons at Churchland is an affordable community with income qualifications. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding eligibility.

There is a $32.00 non-refundable application fee - MONEY ORDER ONLY.

At the time of application we require a $100.00 holding deposit receivable by money order. If the application is approved the amount is applied to the security deposit. The $100 will be returned to the applicant if the application is declined.

Security deposits range from $87.50 or $500 (depending upon credit) and are based on the applicant’s employment stability, rental history and credit report.

The application process can take 10-14 business days. Approvals are not done in this office. Applicants will be contacted after approval process is complete.
